Coworking In Palermo Buenos Aires: 10 Spaces & Cafes I Liked

This is a post I am constantly updating live as some places close down, some become not as good, etc. It also only has the places I LOVE. It is not just a random list of coworking spots a person who’s never been to BsAs wrote with chat gpt or something like that, you know?

Feel free to comment on your favorite places! Together we can make it a really useful resource for digital nomads and remote workers with different personalities.

So, this is my list.

I am an introvert, I don’t like noisy places, I don’t like inconsiderate people who talk loudly or take work calls in the open areas, spread their personal belongings everywhere, or try to talk to you while you’re trying to work and focus.

Coworking Spaces in Palermo Hollywood, Buenos Aires

Palermo, in general, is HUGE: Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood, Palermo Chico are the main areas but you will most likely also hear Palermo Botanico, Palermo Viejo, and so on.

I mostly stay around Palermo Hollywood so my first recommendations will be from that part.

Urban Station

Small, cozy and very simple coworking space with a few desks in the open space on the ground floor and more desks upstairs, in private rooms you can rent.

To be honest, I prefer to work from home or a cafe. I do not feel at ease at a coworking space.

I Liked Urban Station because it is small, not just endless rows of tables and chairs. And you can sit relatively separated form others. I last went here in 2023 but they are still operating in 2025.

Huerta

Big, modern and expensive coworking space woth packages from 4 days per month to a full 30-day access to the space.

They offer a free trial day which I am planning to use.

Prices for Huerta Palermo (November 2025), they are updated, often raised, every trimester.

What I dislike is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to find their prices online, come on! I don’t feel it is fair, and as a marketer I get why they do it, but god it is annoying! Because you know if the prices are hidden, they are high. And they are!

Coworking Cafes

Zur Cafe

Fantastic coffee, cookies, stable speedy Internet connection, and absolitely incredible Frederico running the shop.

Latte and americano in December 2025 cost 10,100 ARS or 6.9 usd.

It is a pet friendly cafe, as well.

Peggy’s Cafe

Super cozy and relaxed cafe open everyday from 9AM with good coffee, competitive prices on large latte (5,000 ARS only while other places may charge 5.500 for a regular cup), warm medialunas and a big menu!

Lots of searing spaces, too, and pretty much all have access to some plugs.

besides, if you get bored or tired working, you can paint one of the pottery items here as a part of a paid activity.

If you come around 9.30 AM you will probably be the only one here. I LOVED this place.

Agatha

A cozy cafe with space upstairs with a long desk and plugs to use.

Coffee is ok, on the sour side, and prices are on the higher side, but their jamon y queso medialuna (small sandwich with cheese and ham) is very yummy.

Good internet, too.

The space is small, though, and sometimes it can get a bit noisy between the music they are playing and people talking on the phone or with each other.

I still liked the place, for a quick work session it is good. I would stay downstairs next time if the upstairs is busy with people as no one was on the ground floor!

Menu (November 2025)

El Nido Bar & Coffee

Such an underrated place with good priced coffee and no crowds. Guys working there are so super sweet.

Decent Internet.

Nela Art Cafe

Not necessarily a coworking cafe, but they have a few tables you can use to sit down with a laptop and it is a quiet spot.

This cafe was opened by a local artist and the design is really cool! The prices are on higher end for both food and drinks, but they have special lunch offer on weekdays (noon to 4pm usually everywhere).

Internet is good.

Von Berry House

The place is really cool, and their 20% off when you pay in cash is a great bonus.

However, you need to get there early to get the best seats to work – along the window or one of the 3 big tables. If you sleep too long, by the time you get there, this cafe will be packed.

Another thing is that I don’t like their coffee. It is inconsistent, and can taste really bitter or burnt often. I prefer their green tea. I do love their sandwich with salmon and scrambled eggs.

Pottery Cafe

Cozy underrated cafe that is often completely empty in the morning.

Not suitable for long work hours during summer heat, but for 1-2 hours with a coffee (decent!) and brunch – perfect.

Absolutely don’t understand where the low rating on Google comes from.

I love their salmon bagel and their fries are out of this world, yes I said it about potato wedges.

Eterno Cadencia

Typical setup for Buenos Aires: a bookstore with a cafe in the back where you can have coffee or a full meal

This specific one has general seating area and one more behind the bar counter where people rarely sit and its completely quite.

Rita Specialty Coffee

This is a super trendy spot, so waiters will speak English and you will have higher prices and a crowd of tourists and expats every single day here.

Come early in the morning to get some work done and have a good table. From around 10.30 or 11 am the place will be packed.

Latte is about 5.500 ARS (Dec 2025), pot of tea is 7.000 ARS.
